IQF stands for Individual Quick Freezing. We use this advanced technology to flash-freeze each piece of fruit or vegetable individually. This process locks in the natural color, rich flavor, full nutritional value, and firm texture of the product, preventing clumping and ensuring a superior, ready-to-use product.
Our products are primarily sourced from the finest farms in the Arab Republic of Egypt. They are processed in our facilities following strict international guidelines for food processing and packaging.
Most of our frozen fruits and vegetables have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at the recommended temperature. Certain specialized items like Molokhya, Grilled Eggplant, and Roasted Eggplant Pulp have an expected shelf life of 18 months (please refer to the specific product specifications).
